Kuwait has recorded 665 cases of the new coronavirus and one death so far.
The latest recoveries have increased the total number of recovered patients to 39.
Violators could be jailed up to three years or fined up to 10,000 dinars.
The curfew would start on Sunday.
The move is mainly intended to rein in the spread of the novel coronavirus in the country.
Expat staff would be allowed to return to their countries; Grades 1-11 would resume studies on October 4, 2020.
Out of the 130 in total, 12 cases recovered and 118 are still receiving treatment.
Kuwait's Ministry of Health called on all expats to comply.
"To avoid confusion and chaos in the society, everyone should seek true information and news from official sources," a minister said.
